3.1 Standard 3D Printed Products

Ready-to-ship items available on our store. Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

3.2 Custom / Personalized 3D Printed Products

Custom orders are manufactured specifically to the buyer's specifications. By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use any design, logo, or artwork submitted.
• The design does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3.3 3D Printing Services

We offer printing-as-a-service where customers supply their own design files. We reserve the right to decline any order containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is confirmed. We accept all major payment methods through Shopify Payments and supported third-party gateways.

5. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed. Vishwakraft reserves the right to cancel or modify an order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content is the intellectual property of Shunyastra Technology Private Limited and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission. By submitting a design for custom printing, you grant Vishwakraft a limited license to use the file solely for fulfilling your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vishwakraft and Shunyastra Technology Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Manufacturing items intended to cause harm or that are illegal under Indian law.
• Reproducing copyrighted designs without authorization.
• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineering or copying our products for commercial reproduction.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms
