Shipping Policy

Vishwakraft strives to deliver your 3D printed products safely and on time. All products are made to order — production begins once your order is placed.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Products: Up to 3 business days for production before dispatch.
  • Custom / Personalized Products: 3–5 business days for production, depending on complexity.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Production time does not include shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods & Partners

  • Standard Courier: Delhivery, DTDC — for regular domestic shipping across India.
  • Express / Overnight Delivery: Available at an additional charge for select pin codes. Check availability at checkout.
  • Self / Local Delivery: Available within our local area at no additional charge.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–3 business days after production.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days after production.
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 6–9 business days after production.

Total estimated delivery (production + shipping): 5–7 business days from order confirmation. Timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code, package weight, and chosen method. Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order directly on the Delhivery or DTDC website.

6. Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid before re-dispatch. Vishwakraft is not responsible for losses from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours at shunyastra.pvt.ltd@gmail.com | +91 91694 81316.
  • We will raise a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows 'Delivered' but you haven't received the package, contact us within 48 hours.

8. Remote & Unserviceable Areas

Some pin codes may not be serviceable. We will notify you and offer alternatives, including cancellation with a full refund.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Vishwakraft ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
