Refund & Return Policy

At Vishwakraft, we take great pride in our 3D printed products and services. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom / Personalized Products — No Refunds & No Returns
All custom orders — including personalized items, made-to-specification prints, and orders from customer-submitted design files — are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE once production has commenced. These products are made-to-order and cannot be restocked or resold.
Refunds/returns will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after production has begun.
- Minor variations in color, finish, or texture inherent to 3D printing.
- Design errors in the customer-submitted file.
- Incorrect dimensions or specifications provided by the customer.
Exceptions for Custom Orders
A full refund or reprint will be offered ONLY if:
- The product received is significantly different from the agreed order confirmation.
- The product is structurally defective or broken upon arrival due to a manufacturing fault.
- A completely wrong product was shipped.

2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products — 3-Day Refund & Return Window
For ready-made, standard products, we offer a 3-day refund and return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Request raised within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is provided.
- Clear photographs of the product are submitted with the request.
Not Eligible for Refund/Return
- Request raised after 3 days of delivery.
- Item used, damaged, modified, or missing original packaging.
- Damage caused by improper use after delivery.
- Products purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless defective).
3. Refund Process
- You will be notified via email within 2 business days of the decision.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless due to a manufacturing defect or our error.
4. Return Process
- Email us at shunyastra.pvt.ltd@gmail.com within the return window with your order ID, reason, and photos.
- Our team responds within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the product to the address provided. Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless due to our error.
- Once received and inspected, refund or replacement is processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Order Cancellation

6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
